Event RSVP form for Notion
Track event RSVPs in Notion — headcount, plus-ones, and dietary notes on every page.
RSVPs break catering when they skip the plus-one count. This form uses conditional logic — guest count and dietary fields only appear once someone says they're attending — so you get clean numbers without nagging no-shows.
Each RSVP becomes a page in your Notion database. Tally attendance in a view, sum the guest count, and keep dietary and accessibility notes where your event plan already lives.

How your fields map to Notion
Each form field becomes a Notion property. Edit the mapping anytime in the form editor.
| Form field | Notion Notion property |
|---|---|
| Your name | Your name |
| Will you attend? | Will you attend? |
| How many guests (including you)? | How many guests? |
| Any dietary notes? | Any dietary notes? |
The honest catch
The honest catch: Notion's property types have to match what you send. We handle title, text, email, number, select, and date — but Notion's API can't write rollups, relations, or formulas, so leave those columns for Notion to compute.
