Getting help

Write to [email protected]. It helps if you include:

  • the email address you sign in with and your workspace name;
  • a link to the form, if the question is about one form;
  • what you expected to happen and what happened instead, with a screenshot if you can.

The same address handles billing questions, privacy and data requests, and security reports.

Disconnect a connected tool

A workspace owner or admin can disconnect any tool (Slack, Google, Notion, Airtable, HubSpot and others) at any time:

  1. Sign in and open Destinations in the sidebar.
  2. Find the tool. Connected tools show a Connected badge.
  3. Click Disconnect. Every form in the workspace stops sending to that tool straight away.

Forms that delivered to that tool keep collecting submissions; you can see them in Happier Forms. Connect the tool again whenever you want deliveries to resume.

Remove access from the tool’s side

To be sure Happier Forms can no longer reach a tool, also remove our access in that tool’s own settings. This revokes the access token we hold:

  • Google (Sheets, Drive, Calendar, Gmail): Google Account → Security → Your connections to third-party apps & services → Happier Forms → Delete all connections.
  • Slack: Slack → Tools & settings → Manage apps → Happier Forms → Remove app.
  • Microsoft (Outlook, Excel, Teams): myapps.microsoft.com or your Microsoft account’s app permissions → Happier Forms → Remove.
  • Notion: Notion → Settings → Connections → Happier Forms → Disconnect.
  • HubSpot: HubSpot → Settings → Integrations → Connected apps → Happier Forms → Uninstall.
  • Airtable: Airtable → Account → Integrations → Third-party integrations → Happier Forms → Revoke access.

For any other tool, look for “connected apps” or “integrations” in its settings, or email us and we will walk you through it.

Export or delete your data

You can export submissions from any form and delete forms inside the app. To delete your whole account, email [email protected] from the address you sign in with. Our privacy policy explains what we keep and for how long.
