What does it cost?
Free is $0 with no card. Pro is $20 a month, or $200 a year, for the whole workspace, up to 5 people. Business is $50 a month, or $500 a year, for up to 15 people. There is no per-seat charge.
What happens if I go over?
Forms, submissions and integrations have no limit to go over. On Free, if you use up the AI builder's daily allowance, it pauses until midnight UTC; your forms keep collecting submissions and sending them on. Pro has no daily limit.
What if a delivery fails?
It is retried, up to 3 attempts. The submission itself is saved first, so the response is never lost, and you can see each delivery on the submission.
What does fair use mean on Free?
Free has no cap on forms or submissions for normal use. To keep it free for everyone, a few limits sit behind it. Each uploaded file can be up to 10 MB, and a workspace's forms can take up to 10 GB of uploads a month. The AI builder has a daily allowance that resets at midnight UTC; you can see how much of it you have used under the chat. If a workspace uses far more than normal, such as running bulk traffic or storing files for other purposes, we may get in touch or limit it.
Can I leave?
Any time. Export every form and every response as CSV or JSON. If you cancel Pro, your forms keep collecting submissions on Free.
