Forms for Notion

Turn any form into a Notion database. Every submission lands as a new page with your fields mapped to properties — no copy-paste, no Zapier tax.

Every submission becomes a new page in your Notion database, each form field mapped to a property — title, text, select, date, the lot. It's a real Notion page, so your team can comment on it, drop it into a board or calendar view, and link it to everything else they already track.

The usual route is Zapier's "Create Database Item," billed per task, plus an afternoon spent fighting field-type errors. Here the mapping is done for you.

The honest catch: Notion's property types have to match what you send. We handle title, text, email, number, select, and date — but Notion's API can't write rollups, relations, or formulas, so leave those columns for Notion to compute.

Quote requestNotion

Scope the work up front — service, budget, and timeline — so every quote request starts qualified.

Appointment requestNotion

Let people request a time without the email tag — service, date, and notes captured in one step.
