NPS survey form for Airtable
Send NPS responses to an Airtable base and chart your score over time.
The discipline of NPS is not adding questions. This form is the single 0–10 score plus one open follow-up — nothing that would dilute the metric or drop your response rate.
In Airtable, group by promoter, passive, and detractor, compute the score, and trend it by month in a chart. The reasons column tells you what's moving the number.

The honest catch
The honest catch: by default Airtable rejects a select or linked-record value that doesn't already exist. We turn on typecast so it coerces and creates options on the fly — handy, but a typo can spawn a stray option, so keep your select fields tidy.
Questions
Is the nps survey → Airtable integration free?
Yes. The form and the Airtable connector are included free with unlimited submissions. You only pay for usage-based add-ons, never per-response.
Do I need to write any code?
No. Connect Airtable, map your fields in the visual editor, and you're live. The webhook plumbing is handled for you.
Can I customize the nps survey form?
Completely. Add or remove fields, change labels, add conditional logic — the Airtable mapping updates alongside it.
Every submission becomes a new record in your Airtable base.
Free forever. Unlimited submissions. No credit card.
