Quote request form for Email
Receive each quote request as an email — scope, budget, and timeline included.
Email works for quotes when the request is complete. This form makes prospects spell out the job, budget, and deadline, so what reaches you is enough to price.
Each arrives formatted with Reply-To set to the requester, so sending the quote — or asking one clarifying question — is one reply away.

How it works
- 1
Deploy the form
Start from our quote request template — fields, validation, and logic already set up. Customize anything; it's yours.
- 2
Connect Email
Point the Email connector at your inbox — no account linking required.
- 3
Collect on autopilot
Every submission sends a notification to your Email inbox in real time, with your form fields mapped to the right email lines.
How your fields map to Email
Each form field becomes a email line. Edit the mapping anytime in the form editor.
| Form field | Email email line |
|---|---|
| Name | Name |
| Company (optional) | Company |
| What do you need a quote for? | What do you need a quote for? |
| Budget range | Budget range |
| Timeline | Timeline |
| Project details | Project details |
The honest catch
The honest catch: notifications send from a verified Happier Forms domain with Reply-To set to the submitter, so replies reach them and the mail passes SPF/DKIM. Spoofing the visitor's address — the classic mistake — is what lands you in spam.
Questions
Is the quote request → Email integration free?
Yes. The form and the Email connector are included free with unlimited submissions. You only pay for usage-based add-ons, never per-response.
Do I need to write any code?
No. Configure the Email destination in the form editor and submissions start flowing immediately.
Can I customize the quote request form?
Completely. Add or remove fields, change labels, add conditional logic — the Email mapping updates alongside it.
Every submission sends a formatted email notification.
Free forever. Unlimited submissions. No credit card.
