Waitlist form for Salesforce
Build your launch pipeline in Salesforce — every waitlist signup a Lead, segmented and ready.
Your waitlist is your launch list, so it belongs in the CRM. This form captures role and use case, then creates a Salesforce Lead for each signup with those fields mapped in.
Tag them, segment by fit with your own reports, and queue the launch sequence — when you open the doors, the audience is already organized in the system your sales team runs on.

How it works
- 1
Deploy the form
Start from our waitlist template — fields, validation, and logic already set up. Customize anything; it's yours.
- 2
Connect Salesforce
Connect your Salesforce account in one click and pick the CRM submissions should land in.
- 3
Collect on autopilot
Every submission creates a lead in your Salesforce CRM in real time, with your form fields mapped to the right Salesforce fields.
How your fields map to Salesforce
Each form field becomes a Salesforce field. Edit the mapping anytime in the form editor.
| Form field | Salesforce Salesforce field |
|---|---|
| What's your role? | What's your role? |
| What would you use it for? | What would you use it for? |
| How did you hear about us? | How did you hear about us? |
The honest catch
The honest catch: Salesforce enforces required fields, so a Lead needs LastName and Company and a Contact needs LastName. Map those (we default them) or the create call is rejected — we drop empty optional fields so a blank answer never blocks the record.
Questions
Is the waitlist → Salesforce integration free?
Yes. The form and the Salesforce connector are included free with unlimited submissions. You only pay for usage-based add-ons, never per-response.
Do I need to write any code?
No. Connect Salesforce, map your fields in the visual editor, and you're live. The webhook plumbing is handled for you.
Can I customize the waitlist form?
Completely. Add or remove fields, change labels, add conditional logic — the Salesforce mapping updates alongside it.
Every submission creates a Salesforce Lead or Contact.
Free forever. Unlimited submissions. No credit card.
