Newsletter signup form for HubSpot
Send newsletter signups to HubSpot as contacts, consent recorded.
A signup form should be one field and a clear consent box — and this is. Email, optional name, and an explicit (never pre-checked) consent tick that keeps you on the right side of GDPR.
Each subscriber becomes a HubSpot contact, deduped by email, ready for a marketing email or a workflow. Your list lives in the CRM with everything else you know about them.

How it works
- 1
Deploy the form
Start from our newsletter signup template — fields, validation, and logic already set up. Customize anything; it's yours.
- 2
Connect HubSpot
Connect your HubSpot account in one click and pick the CRM submissions should land in.
- 3
Collect on autopilot
Every submission creates or updates a contact in HubSpot CRM in real time, with your form fields mapped to the right HubSpot propertys.
How your fields map to HubSpot
Each form field becomes a HubSpot property. Edit the mapping anytime in the form editor.
| Form field | HubSpot HubSpot property |
|---|---|
| First name (optional) | First name |
| I agree to receive emails | I agree to receive emails |
The honest catch
The honest catch: HubSpot dedupes on email, so a repeat submission updates the existing contact instead of making a duplicate. Good for clean data — just know a typo'd email creates a new record.
Questions
Is the newsletter signup → HubSpot integration free?
Yes. The form and the HubSpot connector are included free with unlimited submissions. You only pay for usage-based add-ons, never per-response.
Do I need to write any code?
No. Connect HubSpot, map your fields in the visual editor, and you're live. The webhook plumbing is handled for you.
Can I customize the newsletter signup form?
Completely. Add or remove fields, change labels, add conditional logic — the HubSpot mapping updates alongside it.
Every submission creates or updates a HubSpot contact.
Free forever. Unlimited submissions. No credit card.
